CYCLE is a four day conference for high school sophomores held in Jefferson City in late July. The focus is to provide students with a look inside of Missouri State Government, enhance leadership skills and show you what electric cooperatives are all about. It's an opportunity to make connections with high school students across Missouri, take exclusive tours, hear some nationally known speakers, participate in team building activities and enjoy some great entertainment. It's a unique and exciting leadership experience.
High School Sophomores in Howard Electric Cooperative's service area are eligible to apply. Applications are due by February 20th. They may be mailed to CYCLE COORDINATOR, Howard Electric Cooperative, PO Box 391 Fayette, MO 65248 or delivered to the HEC office (located at 205 Hwy 5 and 240 N. Fayette, MO 65248).
